To carry out this service we need a complete set of plans including elevations, sections and a specification for ventilation and heating systems, as well as details of any renewables. If it is an existing property; then a 1-50 scale sketch plus details of building elements and heating system is required.

For new builds we will supply a draft final for building control and then on completion, an ‘as built’ certificate under L1A, whereas a full SAP2005 report will be provided under L1B, if applicable. However if compliance is not met, we will then suggest areas for improvement.
